BAHIA PRINCIPE LUXURY RESORT
Bahia Principe Luxury Runaway Bay, is an all-inclusive luxury resort and is a 7 minute drive to Jewel Paradise Cove where the concerts and special activities take place (shuttles will operate to coincide with the music schedule). Rooms are set in the adult only section where guests have the options to dine at 5 different restaurants and drink at 4 different bars.
All packages are for ONE (1), TWO (2), or THREE (3) people and include:
- 4 All Inclusive Nights at the Bahia Principe Luxury Runaway Bay with check-in on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, and check-out on Saturday, January 13, 2024. For those looking to extend their vacation, additional nights are available as add-ons during the purchase process. Choose to check in 1 day early on Monday, January 8, 2024, or check out 1 day later on Sunday, January 14, 2024.
- All meals at 5 different restaurants.
- Airport transportation to and from the resort.
- Exclusive Jam In The Sand official merchandise package.
- Admission into the venue for each night of the show.
- Shuttle from Bahia Principe Luxury to Jewel Paradise Cove for all of the Jam in the Sand concerts. The shuttle will start operating one hour prior to showtime and end at 2 am.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
- Initial deposit of $500 per person based on double occupancy or $1000 per person based on single occupancy due when making reservation.
- 2nd deposit of $500 per person based on double occupancy or $1000 per person based on single occupancy due by August 1.
- Final Payment due October 1st.
- Monthly payments are available. Make initial deposit payment and than you be will charged on the 1st day of each month.
DEADLINE DATES
- Adding extra days must be requested prior to December 1, 2023, subject to availability. Adding days after December 1, 2023 will result in an additional $50 per change fee.
- Deducting extra days already chosen must be completed by December 1, 2023. NO refund will be available after December 1, 2023. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Airline information must be received no later than December 1, 2023.
- If your roommate's name is "TBA" we must receive their name no later than December 1, 2023. A $50 penalty will be assessed to add name after December 1, 2023.
CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING SCHEDULE
- Prior to August 1, 2023 - Cancellations received prior to August 1, a full refund less $500 non-refundable deposit per person based on double occupancy or $1000 non-refundable deposit per person based on single occupancy.
- Between August 1, 2023 and October 1, 2023 - Cancellations received between August 1 and October 1, a full refund less $1000 non-refundable deposit per person based on double occupancy or $2000 non-refundable deposit per person based on single occupancy.
- Cancellations received after October 1, 2023 will NOT be refunded.
- ANY changes made to your reservation including names or dates after December 1, 2023 WILL result in a $50 administration fee per change.
- IF we are sold out prior to October 1, 2023 and you cancel your reservation, IF we have waiting list we will try to resell your room. IF we are able to resell the room you will only be charged a $100 penalty. No other refund is available.
- IF you choose to resell your room yourself after October 1, 2023 you will have to make the total money transaction between you and the new party. There WILL be a $100 administrative fee assessed to change the names on the reservation one time, fee must be paid by new parties credit card.
- ABSOLUTELY NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE TO A RESERVATION AFTER January 1, 2024.

ADDITIONAL CANCELLATION INFORMATION DUE TO COVID-19
- Island Gigs will provide guest a full refund if the Jam in the Sand event is cancelled by either Island Gigs or Jewel Resorts.
- In the event that the Government prohibits transportation services from the country where your travel is scheduled to originate due to issues related to COVID-19, Island Gigs will provide a full refund. Verification of travel itinerary will be required.
- In the event that the Government of Jamaica prohibits arrivals from the country from which your travel originates, Island Gigs will provide a full refund. Verification of travel itinerary will be required.
- Island Gigs will process refunds in the most expedient method possible. Please be aware this process may take up to 45 days to be completed.
